Welcome to the PM Academy Sandbox

Welcome to the Project Management Academy (PMA) Sandbox, a learning and application space designed to help you build confidence and capability in project management.

This platform will be your training hub throughout the program. Here, you’ll find:

  • Projects & Use Cases where you’ll apply what you learn.

  • Boards, Timelines, and Tasks to practice real PM tools.

  • Checklists & Deliverables that connect to each module’s learning objectives.

  • Resources & Templates to guide your execution.

How to Use This Space

  • Engage actively: Treat this like a real project environment — the more you use it, the more value you’ll get.

  • Apply the framework: Each module follows the Execute → Lead → Scale approach. As you progress, you’ll see how the tools and skills build on each other.

  • Track your growth: Use the boards and tasks to organize your work, collaborate with your team, and track your deliverables.

Program Goals

By the end of this program, you will:

  1. Understand and apply core project management principles.

  2. Connect theory to practice using real-world case studies.

  3. Build confidence to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects in your own workplace.

  4. Earn the 35 contact hours required for PMP® exam eligibility (for those pursuing certification).
